Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a style of therapy where we can focus on up to 6 different ways our thinking and our behaviors have us feeling stuck. Some people focus too much on past events or worries about the future to enjoy their present life. Some may let their negative or worrisome thoughts lead them into dark places. Others may simply lack an understanding of their personal values and how to set accurate goals.
