Meet
Christopher Hastings, MA, SPE

With over 25 years of experience, I've had the privilege of helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate a variety of challenges. Throughout my career, I've seen how easy it is for anxiety to take over when we lose sight of what truly matters to us. One of the greatest joys of my work is helping individuals regain control, improve their lives, and find their way back to a sense of purpose.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on your present concerns. I'm here to help you understand how your thoughts and behaviors may be creating roadblocks to change, and then give you the tools to overcome them.

 

I am 100% focused on helping you get the results you want, whether that's through individual therapy, a mental health consultation, or a psychological assessment. I also believe in using humor, when appropriate, to make our sessions feel more comfortable and less intense, so we can work directly on the core issues and make meaningful changes together.
